PayFast is an online payment gateway so we only handle the processing of payments for merchants.
We do not handle the delivery of your purchased items. This is up to the merchant and you will need to contact the merchant you purchased your item from for an update on your delivery.
Sometimes, if you have already emailed the merchant numerous times with no response, we can reach out to the merchant on your behalf but this is only something we do in extreme cases.
