Yes, PayFast does support splitting a payment with a third party account with a custom integration. Split Payments is suitable for business models that need to, for example, split out commission, membership, listing or revenue sharing.
When a customer checks out on the platform that Split Payments has been integrated with, we process the payment. We then split the funds from the main account with another specified account. The portion that is paid into the secondary split account can be a fixed amount, a percentage or a combination of both.
Please note: Only one receiving merchant can be allocated a split payment, per split transaction.
