At this stage, merchants can only process refunds for Instant EFT and credit/cheque card transactions. Therefore, if you do not see the refund icon it may be due to the payment being a Mobicred, Masterpass or debit card transaction. For refunds on these payment methods, please email merchantsupport@payfast.co.za the relevant payment details.
